Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-31
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using TK-Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
TK-Hub is a fan-made, non-commercial platform for personal and community use. You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission, and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the service.
3. Image Submission & AI Processing
When you submit images (for example for character or event cards), we may use artificial intelligence to process them. This includes automatically cropping, resizing, or adjusting images that are too small or otherwise technically unsuitable, and stylizing photographs to appear as illustrated artworks for use on cards. By submitting an image, you grant us the right to process it in this manner for use on TK-Hub.
4. Data & Privacy
We do not share your personal data (such as your name, username, or email address) with third parties. Data you provide may be used by us internally to contact you with questions, feedback requests, or updates related to the platform. You may withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by reaching out to us. After withdrawal, your data will only be retained as long as technically necessary.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated or abusive purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All card names, artwork, and game mechanics belonging to third-party games (e.g. Magic: The Gathering / Wizards of the Coast) are the property of their respective owners. TK-Hub is an independent fan project and does not claim any rights to these assets. Original content created specifically for TK-Hub (e.g. Helden des Heerzuges cards and assets) belongs to its respective creators.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Fan Content Policy (MTG Custom Card Creator)
The MTG custom card creator on TK-Hub produces unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Custom cards are not official Magic: The Gathering cards and are not endorsed or approved by Wizards of the Coast.
Card frames, mana symbols, fonts, and other Magic: The Gathering trade dress used by the card creator are the property of Wizards of the Coast, LLC. TK-Hub is unaffiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
The card creator is available to logged-in users only. By using the tool, you accept these conditions and agree that the cards you create are shared as unofficial Fan Content under the same policy.
9. Card Submissions & Editing
When you submit a card request (for example a hero or an event), you receive a personal edit link. Anyone who has this link can view and edit your submission — treat it like a password and do not share it publicly.
If you lose your edit link, you can request a new one by entering the email address of your submission and the name of your hero or event. Both must match exactly. Each successful recovery invalidates the previous edit link.
Submissions are reviewed before they become game cards. Editing a submission puts it back into review. Once a submission has been turned into a card, it can no longer be edited directly — contact us if you need changes.
Your email address is stored with your submission and is used only to identify it (for example for the recovery described above) and to contact you as described in section 4. You can request deletion of your submission and its data at any time by contacting us.
10. AI-Generated Imagery
By default, we may use AI tools when creating card artwork — for example to give an uploaded photo a painted look or to create artwork where none was provided. AI is never used to alter the content of your submission itself.
When submitting a card, you can opt out of AI-generated imagery for that card. In that case only human-created artwork will be used. Please be aware that this makes creating the card take significantly longer, and in some cases the card may not be realised at all if no suitable artwork becomes available.
Community artists can contribute artwork for submitted cards through the artwork area. By uploading artwork you confirm that you created it yourself without AI generation, that you hold the necessary rights to it, and that you grant TK-Hub the right to use it on the corresponding card and related materials. An artist credit can be provided and will be displayed where feasible.
If you upload reference images with your submission, they are made accessible to artists as a basis for the artwork and, once your submission is approved, appear publicly in the artwork gallery.
